Look for it at your local bookstore , especially in New York CIty. Support your local bookstores! It's also available online from, among other places, Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, and Target.com and can also be ordered through your local bookshop. For my list of over 250 new, used, and specialty bookstores in NYC, click here.

Here's a review of the book that really got across what I was trying to accomplish. . .
Meanwhile, The New York TImes said it was "bursting with maps". . . .
NOTE: This website was the working manuscript for the book version, so there might be slight variations in the text - and misspellings. There are also some additional chapters here, most involving pictures, which could not fit into the book. This website is also the skeleton for an app version to follow. In the future look for additional Pop Culture Lover's Guides to Los Angeles/San Francisco and London.
THESE 17 CHAPTERS MAKE UP THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE BOOK.
Several chapters have extensive photographs or artwork that are not in the book. When walking around the city, it's far easier to use the printed guidebook, but this way all the facts and maps are available for you to refer to 24/7 by smart-phone or computer.

That's why every pop-culture-loving explorer needs a copy of this one-of-a-kind treasure map to all the famous places you've heard or read about over the years.
Ready to explore? The website and book features a multitude of maps and addresses to thousands of locations where some of the greatest moments in pop culture took place, The Pop Culture Lover's Guide to New York City (and the book "Pop Culture New York City: The Ultimate Location Finder ") will lead you to:
